ABOUT US
Always interested in coatings - their durability, flexibility, and integral integration into every aspect of our lives, Robert Wynnobel, of The House of Silver, took that interest and learned about electroplating through college courses, as well as the industry itself. Once established in the sector, he worked his way up to general manager of a local plating shop - all prior to purchasing The House of Silver in 2012.
"What attracted me to electroplating is the fact that science and artistic skills are required to do this properly," explains Robert.
Established as a family-run business in 1965, The House of Silver did well in the niche-market of electroplating. It developed a good reputation and maintained it. Robert is building upon the orginal owner's solid foundation.
"What sets House of Silver apart is their commitment to the highest quality work, and taking on jobs that few platers will or can handle, as well as the every day ones."
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Plating
We guarantee to the original purchaser that our plating will be of good workmanship. Under this warranty, an item may be reprocessed, at our discretion, without charge for plating. To begin the process, this item must be returned to us with a copy of the original invoice. This does not apply to plating that has been misused or not properly cared for. This warranty covers a period of one (1) year from the date that the item was originally serviced, not from the date it was installed. We do not pay for disassembly or assembly costs. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
24K gold and black nickel
The above warranty applies to gold and black nickel plating except that it is limited to show cars only and covers a period of six (6) months from the date the part was originally processed, not from the date it was installed. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
At House of Silver, we stand behind our workmanship.
